HomeXCare Group has operated production facilities around the world since 2004, building deep expertise in formulation, filling and packaging across liquid, semi-liquid, aerosol and powder product forms. HomeXCare Cosmetics, our dedicated home care and personal care division, began operations in 2016 and, within a short time, successfully entered most major markets. Every product we manufacture — whether sold under one of our own four brands or produced as private label for a partner's own brand — is formulated in-house, tested to international quality standards, and exported to countries across the globe.

Our on-site laboratory can also formulate bespoke products to your exact specification, adjusting fragrance, viscosity, active ingredients or packaging format to match your target market. Does HomeXCare Cosmetics offer private label manufacturing?
Yes. We manufacture private label and OEM home care, personal care and air care products for retail chains, distributors and e-commerce partners in more than 30 countries, using an existing HomeXCare formula or a fully bespoke formulation developed in our own lab.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for private label orders?
MOQs vary by product category and packaging format. Contact our team with the SKUs and target market you have in mind and we'll confirm MOQ, lead time and pricing for your order.
Which certifications do HomeXCare Cosmetics products hold?
Our facilities and products are ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certified, CPNP registered, and CE marked where applicable, with every formula dermatologically tested and compliant with EU Regulation 1223/2009 on cosmetic products.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We export finished branded goods and private label orders to more than 30 countries from our Turkey head office, with regional offices and warehouses in Canada, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria and North Macedonia supporting faster regional delivery.

Can you develop a custom formula for my brand?
Yes. Our in-house R&D and formulation lab can adjust fragrance, viscosity, active ingredients or packaging to your exact specification, and our design team can build custom artwork or adapt one of our ready-made packaging templates.
What is the typical lead time for a private label order?
Lead time depends on the product category, the packaging format and whether formulation and artwork are already approved. Because we formulate, fill and package in-house across our Çerkezköy and Lüleburgaz facilities, we control the full schedule rather than depending on third-party fillers. Send us your SKU list and target ship date and we will confirm a firm lead time with your quotation.
Which packaging formats and product forms can you fill?
We run liquid, semi-liquid, aerosol and powder lines, covering bottles, tubs, sachets, aerosol cans, hanging rim-block cages, reed diffuser sets and 5L professional containers. If your target market needs a format we do not currently run, our team will tell you honestly whether it is something we can tool up for.
Can I get samples before committing to a full production run?
Yes. We supply product samples together with full technical data sheets so your team can test performance, fragrance and packaging before approving a production order. Tell us which SKUs you would like to evaluate and the market they are intended for.
What documentation do you supply with each export shipment?
Every order ships with full technical data sheets, safety data sheets and certificates of analysis, alongside language-localised packaging for the destination market. Our quality procedures maintain traceability from raw material to finished good, so each shipment can be documented back to its batch.
Do you manufacture aerosol products in-house?
Yes. We operate a dedicated aerosol factory in Lüleburgaz alongside our main Çerkezköy plant, filling personal care, household and automotive care aerosols — from deodorant and hairspray to oven cleaner and tyre polish — under the same quality system as the rest of our range.
